Stacey Donato for Senator
State Sen. Stacey A. Donato has been representing north-central Indiana in the Senate since 2019, serving Senate District 18, which includes Cass, Fulton, and Miami counties, as well as portions of Howard and Kosciusko counties.
With over 30 years of professional experience in automotive dealership accounting, Donato is an independent accountant for several local businesses in her community. Prior to her Senate service, she dedicated 7 years serving on the Cass County Council.
In the Senate, Donato actively contributes to several committees, including Commerce and Technology; Education and Career Development; Elections; Family and Children Services; Health and Provider Services; and Utilities.
Beyond her legislative duties, Donato is deeply involved in various civic organizations in her community. She is a member of the Farm Bureau, Vintage Sports Car Drivers Association, Grissom Air Force Reserve Base Community Council, William Paca Lodge No. 2366, Logansport/Cass County Rotary Club, Cass County Republican Women, Advisory Board of the Emergency Management Association, Advisory Board of the Logansport/Cass County Airport Authority, Executive Committee of the Cass County 4-H Tailwagger’s Dog Club, Forest River Owners Group, and the BAM Council.
Additionally, Donato is a Eucharistic minister, an active participant in Cursillo, a member of the church choir, and serves as the Vacation Bible School (VBS) music leader.
Residing in Logansport with her husband, Jim, Donato is a proud parent to two children, Alicia (son-in-law Derek) and Anthony, and enjoys the company of two grandchildren.
